2026 Leaf Slideshow is a new concept from Leaf that sees original photographer’s slides inserted into cards. These slides were obtained from production companies and photographers and feature a variety of different subjects. For the most part subjects fall into 4 main categories, the Celebrity Snaps, which feature individual stars, the Movie Slides, which offer slides from a variety of films, the Rock Slides, which feature different musical groups, and the TV Slides, which look at a selection of tv shows. In addition there is a limited run of signed cards that feature a mix of celebrities. This set joins 2025 Leaf Photographic as the company looks to diversify its offerings of Hollywood content beyond the popular Pop Century releases. The cards are offered in both a paper and metal type card stock, with slight variations between the checklists. The set offers 3 slides per box and a full breakdown is available at Breakninja.com.
Matt’s Opinion: This release is an interesting concept. While the slides are nowhere near as clear or vibrant as full photo cards, they are an interesting addition to the hobby. Fans will feel as though they are holding an original piece of Hollywood with these, and the inclusion of autographed versions will help boost sales.
