2023-24 Topps Impact UEFA Club Competitions is a soccer card release that includes a base set with numbered parallels, as well as a couple of autograph sets. The online exclusive release uses designs loosely inspired by the 1990s Metal Universe cards. The set uses the same layout as many of these Topps online sets, having the base set include numbered parallels, while the autos stand by themselves, and no inserts being offered at all. Matt’s Opinion: I’m not usually a fan of these types of sets, but they do have potential for decent resale value. They are aimed for the European markets, and it is clear that the sales model appears to work. North American fans can also hope for decent resale values.
