2023 Upper Deck National Hockey Card Day is the annual celebration of the hobby. Occurring on April 15, 2023, this promotional release offers free cards to collectors who visit participating hobby shops, with an extra “Rookie Moments” card being available as a purchase incentive. In previous years, the set offered an American and a Canadian version, with a different group of players for each, however this year’s does away with this format by offering the same cards on both sides of the border.
